After four years of unbridled rage and endless references to the Third Reich, we’ve finally found the one Nazi Germany reference that’s ‘beyond the pale’.

It’s a tough time to be public in your Conservative beliefs, especially if you work in Tinseltown. Not only are the odds stacked against you getting hired, but the slightest misstep will be used as a pretext to sink your career.

With all the political tension, and with Joe Biden (allegedly) wanting America to set aside our differences and come together, one Conservative actress weighed in on the social problem of political acrimony.

The actress in question is Gina Carano. Here’s a photo.

It’s important to note that the social media post that got her into hot water wasn’t even written in her own words. It was someone else’s message that she shared on her own Instagram account. What was this terrible, horrible, very bad phrase for which she was forced to walk the plank?

Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors…even by children.

“Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?”DailyWire

Somehow, the woke son of a Vanderbilt escaped any serious blowback from his asinine statements. But the Conservative Disney actress from The Mandalorian? She’ll never work for Disney again.

How dare she share a post saying that it’s a bad thing to ‘otherize’ each other!

“As Carano has been an outspoken supporter of former president Donald Trump and has often complained about backlash against her conservative opinions, many critics took the post as her equating Republicans with Jews in Nazi Germany,” The Washington Post reported. “The post has since been deleted, but not before fans captured the moment and shared it widely. Critics called for the actress to be fired for her online rhetoric under the hashtag #FireGinaCarano, which trended on Twitter on Wednesday.”

“Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future,” Lucasfilm, a production company that is owned by Disney, said in a statement. “Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.” – DailyWire

She might want to talk to a lawyer to inquire whether a company’s official statements accusing her of ‘denigrating people based on cultural and religious identities’ constitutes libel.

From a plain reading of the post, they are saying that the manipulation of an entire group of people to demonize a smaller part of the whole began the normalization of the mistreatment of a people-group with the atrocities growing in scale and horror to the death camps that followed.

Without the normalization of mistreatment in the beginning, the public would have recoiled in shock and horror from the atrocities that followed.

For that very reason, and the glee with which some groups cheer the personal ruination of individuals with the ‘wrong’ political views, it raises the obvious question.

Where, exactly, is Gina mistaken to point out that America has taken a few dangerous first steps down that same road that ruined 1930s Germany? Is jumping to conclusions and cutting ties with a known Conservative actually making her point for her?
