It looks like POTUS 46 isn’t the “very stable genius” that 45 was — his memory of what happened just a month ago seems to be shot.

Either that or he’s a shameless partisan trying to score political points for something that his predecessor accomplished. Either way is plausible for ol’ glad-handing Joe, Swamp Creature extraordinaire.

President Joe Biden held one of those CNN town hall events, and it was an absolute dumpster fire from beginning to end.

At one point, Biden said that there wasn’t a coronavirus vaccine when he came into office on January 20.

That’s a bald-faced lie.

If there was no vaccine, then what was this little photo-op from December 21 all about?

And this on January 11?

I guess technically, Joe was right. “The vaccine” wasn’t available when he took office — two vaccines were available.

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for COVID-19 was approved by the FDA on December 11, 2020. Just a few days later, on December 18, the FDA approved the Moderna vaccine for emergency use.

When he received the first dose, he even gave credit to the Trump administration for the rapid roll-out of the vaccine.

The president-elect gave credit to the Trump administration for its efforts accelerating the development and distribution of coronavirus vaccines through Operation Warp Speed and said “this is just the beginning.”

“This is great hope,” he said. “I’m doing this to demonstrate that people should be prepared when it’s available to take the vaccine. There’s nothing to worry about. I’m looking forward to the second shot.”

President Biden has forgotten that he received the vaccine on television before he was inaugurated? That seems…strange.

That is, unless he’s just the puppet that right-wing media claims that he is and he’s just led around by his handlers. He just reads what’s on the prompter, signs what he’s told to sign, and goes where he’s told. Heck, they even pick which reporters get to ask him questions which I’m sure are vetted beforehand.

This isn’t the first time that the Biden administration has lied about the vaccine. Vice President Harris recently told Axios that they had to “start from scratch” because the Trump administration had no vaccine roll-out plan.

That was completely contradicting what Dr. Fauci said in January.

But Fauci, chief medical adviser to President Biden, was asked during a White House briefing on Jan. 21 whether the coronavirus team was beginning from scratch with vaccine distribution or whether it is building on what the Trump administration began.

”We certainly are not starting from scratch because there is activity going on in the distribution,” Fauci said.

As for that big, lauded Biden goal of having 100 million Americans vaccinated by his 100th day in office, well, under the Trump plan, that goal was already being surpassed.

It’s easy to achieve a goal and claim victory if the guy in office before you already hit that mark, isn’t it?

When Biden was running for office, he said that the election was “a battle for the soul of the nation” and he’s not wrong. The problem is the Swamp won.
