This could throw a wrench in their plans…

On Thursday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed to a reporter that President Biden supports the move by Senate Democrats to shove through amnesty in the reconciliation bill.

On Wednesday, Psaki tweeted, “@potus looks forward to attending the Senate Dem Caucus lunch today to continue making the case for the duel[sic] track approach to build the economy back better by investing in infrastructure, protecting our climate, and supporting the next generation of workers and families.”

The chutzpah of these Democrats who figure that they can just ram through amnesty in a budget reconciliation bill in a 50/50 Senate is just astounding. But then, Democrats love to shove their extreme agenda on the public without attempting to discuss any sort of compromise. Obama said that he had “pen and a phone” and he used it.

Sometimes, however, Obama did things that he wasn’t legally allowed to do. Case in point: the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program which shields certain individuals who arrived in the U.S. illegally as children from deportation.

On Friday, a federal judge in Texas ordered the Biden administration to block new DACA applicants and ruling that then-President Obama had created the program illegally.

The ruling also allows current DACA recipients — dubbed “Dreamers” by the Obama team — to maintain their status for now.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen sided with a group of states suing to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, arguing it was illegally created by former President Barack Obama in 2012.

Hanen found the program violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) when it was created but said that since there were so many people currently enrolled in the program – nearly 650,000 – his ruling would be temporarily stayed for their cases until further court rulings in the case.

‘To be clear,’ the judge said, the order does not require the government to take ‘any immigration, deportation or criminal action against any DACA recipient.’

Democrats are now scrambling to try to find a “path to citizenship” and they’re doing it by shoving it in a reconciliation bill that only needs a simple majority to pass.

When he was running his Presidential campaign from his basement in 2020, Biden said that he was for amnesty of the “11 million undocumented immigrants.”

Indeed, his 2020 platform stated that one of his priorities was “providing a roadmap to citizenship for nearly 11 million undocumented immigrants.”

Just as long as they’re not from Cuba, right, Joe?

Joe Biden has certainly “evolved” on the issue of amnesty, just as he did with the redefinition of marriage.

Back in 2006, then-Senator Joe Biden appeared on Hardball with Chris Matthews to discuss his support for the “Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act” which was sponsored by Sens. Ted Kennedy and John McCain.

The bill allowed for a pathway to citizenship for illegal border crossers, but Biden insisted that this was not an amnesty bill, and he was all for punishing employers that hired people who entered the U.S. illegally. He also wanted illegal border crossers to learn English.

“This isn’t amnesty,” Biden said. “They’re required to take 11 years work, they pay a fine, they gotta learn to speak English, they gotta pass tests.”

Despite his denials, it was sort of amnesty. The bill never made it to a vote, however.

Back in 2006, Biden was also for building several hundred miles of fence at the Southern border to stop the drugs from coming into the U.S. from “corrupt Mexico.”

In 2014, then-Vide President Joe Biden said that the “11 million” people who crossed the border illegally were “already American citizens.”

“You know, 11 million people live in the shadows. I believe they’re already American citizens,” Biden said Thursday at a Washington gathering of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. “These people are just waiting, waiting for a chance to contribute fully. And by that standard, 11 million undocumented aliens are already Americans, in my view.”

Notice how the number of illegal immigrants has stayed at “11 million” since 2006? How is that possible?

It isn’t possible.

Especially since Joe Biden thinks that maintaining 11 million illegals are “rookie numbers.”

Since the beginning of the year, approximately 1.2 million people have crossed the border illegally that we know of. At this rate, we could be looking at more than 2.3 million illegal border crossers by the end of 2021.

The [DACA] decision comes on the day the new Customs and Border Protection figures revealed that 188,829 migrants were stopped at the southwest border in June, the sixth monthly increase since the start of 2021.

It was also another increase on the 180,641 who were apprehended in May.

These statistics just account for the apprehensions, and doesn’t include the migrants who cross undetected.

According to reports that is up to 1,500 people every day.

A 2018 Yale study found that the number was actually closer to 22 million people who are in the U.S. illegally. But that’s just an estimate. It could be as high as 30 million.

Tucker Carlson hammered this point home back in February.

So, now, we could be looking at amnesty for what could be equal to one-tenth of the entire population of the United States. Do you think they’d be all for it if they thought these illegal immigrants would vote Republican?
