Before little lord Fauci was the Belle of the Ball in the eyes of the anti-Trump media, there was a Creepy Porn Lawyer. THEY sure can pick a ‘winner’, can’t they?

Back when Fauci was too busy looking for slick ways to move US tax dollars to sketchy Chinese virus labs that may or may not have been trying to perfect ethnically selective bio-weapons to be running around on the TV circuit, CNN, MSNBC and the rest had themselves a different heartthrob.

They were so enamored of him that the potato-head host of CNN’s ‘Reliable Sources’ actually thought this guy would have a real shot at winning the Democrat nomination for President.

He may not ever wind up in the White House, but Michael Avenatti will be going to the ‘Big House’ for sure.

“Avenatti used Franklin’s confidential information to demand that Nike pay him $15 [million] to $25 million, and he did so without Franklin’s knowledge and to Franklin’s detriment,” Judge Gardephe wrote. “In making any settlement paid to Franklin contingent on Nike paying Avenatti millions of dollars, Avenatti acted with intent to defraud his client.”

The jurist said the court was right to reject Avenatti’s bid to have thousands of text messages between Franklin and Geragos admitted as evidence in support of his claim that he believed the $15 million probe was in his client’s interests, because Avenatti was unaware of the messages at the time and thus could not claim they shaped his thinking.

“A person cannot prove his or her own state of mind by offering evidence of what other people thought,” Judge Gardephe wrote. —Law360

The judge wasn’t letting Avenatti play any of his games, either. When he tried to whine that he wasn’t given access to notes and messages written by his office manager.

But the judge rejected the argument Tuesday and asked why Avenatti waited nearly 16 months after his trial to raise the issue.

“Avenatti has offered no explanation as to why he did not request these notes before or during trial” and “does not even argue that cross-examination of Regnier on this point could have changed the outcome of the trial,” Judge Gardephe wrote. Law360

So, Creepy Porn Lawyer, you wanted so badly to make sure somebody went to prison. How does it feel to have finally accomplished that goal?

Of course, that’s not the last of the charges leveled against him. He’s still got another set from New York he has to deal with… relating to money he defrauded from — wait for it — Stormy Daniels. The same woman whose coattails this greasy opportunist rode to infamy in the first place. With friends like him, who needs enemies?

Here’s a quick trip down memory lane at some of the other times he’s beclowned his way into the news…
