Before those angry chicks in the pink hats march with those clothes-hanger signs again, they should look at the medical harm done to women by the very procedure they are celebrating.

How many times have you heard arguments for abortion couched in a scare-narrative about women dying in back-alley abortions if they can’t get legal ones in a local clinic.

The media black-out in the Gosnell murder trial show that activists care more about protecting the public opinion of abortion than they do about the well-being of women.

Don’t expect the media to jump over this story about how women are hitting the Emergency Room after taking the ‘morning after’ pill, either. The left knows better than to bite the hand that feeds them.

Share this little study for any ‘believe the science’ friends who think Abortion is a great idea.

A new study released this week by the Charlotte Lozier Institute adds weight to the growing body of evidence emphasizing the need for abortion pill safety protocols. The longitudinal cohort study showed that the rate of abortion-related emergency room visits following a chemical abortion increased over 500% between 2002 and 2015 within the study population — which included women residing within the 17 states which provide Medicaid funding for abortion who were over 13 years of age, and had an abortion, followed by a trip to the ER within 30 days.

Data also showed a drastic rise in the percentage of chemical abortions relative to total abortions: that ratio increased from 4.4% to 34.1% over the same period of time within the study population. This mirrors a similar trend within the general population.

The study further found that women who had chemical abortions had a 22% greater risk of an ER visit for any reason, and a 53% greater risk of an ER visit for an abortion-related reason. The rate of ER visits for chemical abortions is growing faster than that of surgical abortions, according to the study’s findings — for the study period, the rate of ER visits following a surgical abortion increased 315%, compared to 507% for chemical abortion. Furthermore, women who had a chemical abortion followed by a second abortion of any kind within the next year were more than twice as likely to require ER treatment. —WND

Many of these are miscoded as ‘spontaneous miscarriage’ when they really are not. This might have something to do with abortion enablers’ specific coaching of patients to claim this was a spontaneous miscarriage. This, in turn, sets women up for unnecessary medical risks associated with invasive procedures.

But it’s all about women’s health, right?

As for those stories about coat hangers in back alleys? There’s something the public isn’t told about them.

Dr. Bernard Nathanson, a co-founder of the National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws (later the National Abortion Rights Action League), admitted years ago that he had flat-out lied about the number of women who obtained abortions illegally in the U.S. prior to the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade.

He routinely said that one million women were undergoing “back alley abortions. “He later confessed the statistic was pure fiction.

Nathanson also lied about the number of women who were dying from abortion prior to 1973. “It was always ‘5,000 to 10,000 deaths a year,’” Nathanson later said.

“I confess that I knew the figures were totally false, and I suppose the others did too if they stopped to think of it. But in the ‘morality’ of our revolution, it was a useful figure, widely accepted, so why go out of our way to correct it with honest statistics? The overriding concern was to get the laws [against abortion] eliminated, and anything within reason that had to be done was permissible,” he wrote. — LifeNews

When they say they don’t want a man’s opinion on abortion, what they really mean is that they don’t want ONE man’s opinion on abortion. Maybe you’ve heard of him. Born in Nazareth, Punched death in the face and came back again… ring any bells?

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
