Has your rage got a hair-trigger?

Do you blame it on your culture, your temperament, your circumstances or maybe even your red hair?

There’s another explanation that isn’t quite so easy to blow off.

Scripture describes unchecked anger with the metaphor of territory that’s been conquered by the Adversary’s forces.

Puts a whole new spin on ‘out of control’ now doesn’t it? Especially if it’s not really ‘out of’ control so much as under the control of someone or something outside of you.

Does that sound like you or someone you know?

Want to take back that territory and take ownership of your choices and your emotional life in the process?

If you answered ‘yes’, this show’s got your name on it. It shoots straight and doesn’t pull punches. Freedom and hope are in there if you’re willing and able to hear it.

Let’s go get you your life back…

While you’re at it, here’s his latest book:

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
