Current events show we have entered The Twilight Zone.
A TV series which started in 1959, The Twilight Zone ran for five years and was described this way: “Ordinary people find themselves in extraordinarily astounding situations . . . ” What was once a drama, horror, science fiction, black comedy, thriller, is now, reality.
Interestingly, the fantasy television show coincided with the beginnings of our general demise started by a repudiation of truth and hastened by the mass psychology of selfishness.
What current events illustrate our present-day twilight zone?
Rivaling WWII atrocities, Russia wars against Ukraine and drags the world very close to WWIII. The head of the Russian Orthodox Church endorses Putin’s war, one characterized by the mass slaughter of innocent men, women and children. Mass murder is now orthodoxy?
World leaders continue to insist the way forward is a global fusion of government and corporate power. This is the essence of fascism, the enemy of liberty and prosperity. Still, contrary to the will of ‘ordinary people,’ fascists demand compliance, all in the name of saving the planet: the Great Reset, i.e. destroy all to save all. Many suspect with good reason the pandemic is a tool of the Great Reset.
A Supreme Court nominee cannot define the word “woman.” She cannot determine if human life begins with conception. She appears to believe pedophiles are victims. She seems to believe Gitmo detainees pose no threat to American lives. She is supported by the most radical groups in the country but is packaged and sold by Big Media as a moderate liberal. Her primary qualification, according to the President: she is a black woman.
Global warming/the green agenda has become a religion. Its adherents are fanatics willing to destroy all the rights of the individual in deference to the collective, holding the human race hostage, most painfully in the third world.
Woke culture artfully constructed by twisting reality into submission threatens ‘ordinary people’ with jail if they dare disagree. Ordinary people are called a threat to the NWO. They are harassed, silenced, vilified, marginalized, and persecuted by the very law enforcement and justice department officials commissioned to protect and defend ordinary people.
Journalists are surveilled by the FBI and threatened with SWAT teams at 3:00 a.m. Freedom protesters are arrested and jailed indefinitely without charges, some suffering solitary confinement. All this goes on while the President and his family enjoy great wealth by colluding with our enemies.
The southern border, secured by the last President, is now an open opportunity for terrorists, traffickers, and cartels, subsidized by this current President.
Unwinding every good and productive policy of the last President, this President drives us into hyper-inflation, stagflation, recession and depression, all the while calling it prosperity. The President is in truth the high priest of green fanatics. His altar is bloodied with the sacrifices of ordinary people, including children. A man said to be a Catholic in ‘good standing’ endorses the murder of babies.
The Woke jackboots make sure elections are rigged, school boards rule with an iron fist, and patriots are branded seditious. The jackboots march to the cadence of layered perversion, embracing pedophiles as ‘victims’ and all manner of gender confusion and orientation superior to traditional values.
And the frosting on the cake, more layers of corruption in the halls of government at every level.
Where will it all end? Can the Twilight Zone go on forever?
For 6,000 years, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob warned us. He has told us over and over that sin fosters selfishness, that man’s wisdom leads to horrible outcomes, that He stands ready to save us if we will repent and reject the Twilight Zone in our souls.
And for 6,000 years we’ve told the Most High to take a hike.
Though He is slow to anger, His judgments will come, and His wrath will be poured out on all wickedness.
His wrath is being poured out, even now.
