Wolves And Sheep

An invitation and a challenge: please read this passage, pray, and read again.

18 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” 2 He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. 3 And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me. 6 If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. 7 Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come! 8 If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire. 9 And if your eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.”

Matt. 18:1-9 (NIV)

In the reading, did you sense the conviction of the Spirit? Did you detect the fear of the Lord welling up in your soul? If not, there is something wrong spiritually. You may think you are saved — but are you?

Jesus warned us about false teachers. Paul, James, John, and many others warned us about false teachers. Even unbelievers know intuitively that error embraced is truth erased. This is why good, true, and righteous doctrine is crucial if we desire to walk the narrow way.

1. Jesus Christ proclaims that little children are the Greatest in Heaven! Are you willing to take a lowly position, welcoming Jesus like a child? Are you willing to change?

2. If you cause little children to stumble (sin) Jesus says you will suffer his wrath.

3. Woe to anyone who leads another into sin.

4. Jesus says: Be radical. Reject evil. Repent of your sin. Enter eternal life!

Another challenge: watch the two-hour documentary “Enemies Within the Church.”

Have you wondered why so many churches and seminaries are weak and ineffective? Have you been puzzled by the Scripture stating one thing while so-called pastors preach the exact opposite? Wolves are found everywhere today. The sheep are being scattered. False teachers are causing people to sin. Woe unto them!

If you have been deceived by the Woke Church, watch this Spirit-filled documentary and open your eyes!
