The Biden-Harris administration brought back the White House Correspondents Dinner and it was just as awful as it always is.

It was the usual — a bunch of hoity-toity self-important political and media elites rubbing shoulders in their evening wear while being served a fancy dinner and entertained by a third-rate comedian who made sure to mock the “little people” and the Left’s political rivals.

Host Trevor Noah took some lame jabs at Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and former President Trump while waving and pointing to an imaginary DeSantis that made it look as though the Governor was present… to a room full of journalists.

He mocked DeSantis for banning math textbooks that had unnecessary politicized “woke” material in them that was completely unrelated to math. It is one of the ways that Critical Race Theory is being surreptitiously introduced into public school classrooms.

With DeSantis making some very strong wins lately — and everyone expecting a 2024 Presidential run — it’s no surprise that he’s a target for Noah.

While Noah’s Trump impersonation was actually pretty good, and the “phantom DeSantis” thing was a bit, it’s a common thing for those in attendance to be ribbed from the podium. Who could forget when Obama joked about Trump in 2011? All of that is pretty normal.

On Monday, DeSantis blasted the late-night comic for “lying” in front of a room full of journalists that he was there and insisted that although his office received an invitation, it was rejected.

Noah said that the Republican firebrand was in the audience at one point during the show before tossing a few jabs at the phantom Floridian.

“One of my favorites, Ron DeSantis is here,” Noah declared. “Oh man, I’m actually surprised that he found the time. You know he has been so busy trying to outmaneuver Trump for 2024. I see you, Ron. I see you, player.”

DeSantis clarified Monday that he was not present.

“I would never attend that,” he said at an unrelated press conference in Jacksonville after being asked about Noah’s routine. “I have no interest in that.”

DeSantis said he was perplexed by Noah’s “verifiable” falsehood and that it was a curious choice given the nature of the gathering.

DeSantis was asked about this bit by Trevor Noah and he had the perfect response after he clarified that he was not there.

“Why they would want to perpetuate a lie about that I don’t know. But I think it just shows you why that cabal of people in DC, NY is so reviled by so many Americans. I think it’s a reputation that’s been well-deserved,” he said.

DeSantis nailed it. These people are reviled because they’re just so obnoxious.

The gathering was a crowd of out-of-touch political and media elites laughing about the suffering that they cause because their policies never seem to negatively affect them or their buddies… just everyone else.

They don’t seem to realize that the reason they find it funny is… because they know that it’s true.

Of course, this room full of a-holes doesn’t give a damn that real people are actually being hurt by these high gas prices and inflation.

Ol’ Joe yucking it up doesn’t seem to realize not everyone has a sex- and drug-addicted son that can hand over 10% to 50% to “The Big Guy” through his influence-peddling schemes. (Allegedly, of course.)

Based Florida Man gets why there’s so much distrust for the Regime Media and the DC Swamp Things.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
