We Are Seeing Obama’s 3rd Term … Go Ahead, Prove Me Wrong

Written by John DeGroff on August 26, 2022

Back right before Obama’s first term, during a campaign stop in Columbia, Missouri, he said (in part): “…we are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” I personally, firmly believe we are living under Obama’s third term right now. Is it conjecture, even hyperbole to say this? Let’s look at the empirical evidence.

We’re told this is the Biden Administration, but even a deaf, dumb, blind kid who plays pinball can figure out someone else is behind the curtain manipulating reality.

We had to wait four years for Obama’s third term to start. Trump wasn’t supposed to happen. He’s hated because he did happen and the American people made it so. Deep down, he’s hated because he’s not Hilary Clinton.

She’s a very arrogant, acerbic, completely unlikable human, and perhaps the worst candidate the Dems have ever ran. But the fix was supposed to be in and the election was hers to lose. Which she did. Big time.

That’s what all the Trump hatred is really about. Granted, given Trump’s ego, personality, and quirks, he still accomplished a lot, especially economically and on the world stage. He always put the country first. The Dems and the media (sorry for the redundancy) only focused on the negative and completely ignored the positive he did accomplish.

What’s happening right now in this country has Obama’s fingerprints all over it. We are experiencing a degree of Socialism that, while not outright Soviet-style Communism, is proving to be just as destructive, especially economically.

Obama clearly is a Socialist. In his autobiography “Dreams From My Father” (1995), he definitely states his admiration and respect while in college for Marxist professors and campus radicals. It became pretty evident what he believed in. Rush Limbaugh said, “When I look at Obama, I don’t see black, I see a Socialist. I see a Marxist.”

Nobody wanted to point that out too often, though. During the 2012 Presidential campaign, Mitt Romney steered clear of even using the word “socialist”. Even Bernie Sanders ran as an independent.

Once in office, though, Obama’s hatred for America began to show itself. ObamaCare was the first step in the “transformation” process. He is, however, an astute enough politician to avoid overtly mentioning socialism by name and instead always sidestepped the issue.

During a pre-game Superbowl interview with Bill O’Reilly, on Feb. 2, 2014, Obama’s campaign quote regarding transforming America was read to him in the form of a letter from one of O’Reilly’s viewers. Obama danced around the issue and said, “I don’t think we have to fundamentally transform the nation.” While he didn’t outright deny the campaign statement, he avoided it with a word salad of rah-rah America that was pure obfuscation, designed to deflect interest in the original quote.

So what empirical proof do we have that this could be Obama’s third term?

The two best pieces of evidence are 1) Biden himself, and 2) all those executive orders Biden signed.

Biden has mentally declined further in the last two years than was first noticed during the 2020 campaign. The fact that he served as VP under Obama just made it more convenient to put him office because he was familiar with how the executive branch is supposed to work. Plus his worsening cognitive ability makes it easier to control him.

The executive orders are another issue entirely. During his first week in office, he signed 22 of them. Preceding presidents during their first week in office signed the following number of executive orders:
Trump 4; Obama 5; G.W. Bush 0; Clinton 2; Bush Senior 1; Reagon 0; Carter 1.

Given Biden’s mental state, the question should be, who really wrote these, or put them together for him to sign? They didn’t just magically appear on his desk, and it’s doubtful the man is even capable of writing a coherent English sentence.

The standard procedure is that the President can outline an idea what the order should contain and focus on. The Office of the Legal Council in the White House has primary review responsibility. The order will then be vetted by lawyers of the Office Of Legal Council of DOJ. Lawyers and other concerned parties and/or agencies involved are also included in the process.

Technically, an executive order directs a federal office or agency to either engage in or refrain from a certain action. An executive order is not the same as litigation and requires no Congressional approval.

The Supreme Court has overturned some executive orders, as it did with five of FDR’s. They have also struck down specific portions of certain orders.

In total, during Biden’s first 100 days in office, he signed more than 60. While it’s not uncommon for a new administration to go after the previous one, 24 of Biden’s orders reversed Trump administration policies. Here’s just a short list of what some of Biden’s executive orders did: Undid Trump’s regulatory approval process; halted expansion of the border wall and halted the expansion of border enforcement; reversed restriction on U.S. entry from 7 Muslim countries known to offer sanctuary to terrorists; non-U.S. citizens are now included in the national census; closed the Keystone pipeline; directed all federal agencies to review their internal racial policies; rejoined the Paris Climate Accord. There were several COVID-related orders including a “100 days masking” campaign. In total, 13 executive orders rated to COVID.

We could go on and on, but the point is that whatever Obama was unable to do, his overall anti-American agenda is now being realized. COVID and the resulting pandemic restrictions were a gift to the Democrats. They didn’t hesitate, nor did they even try to hide the fact that control was the main issue. Using the “it’s for everyone’s safety” lie, they introduced enforcement of their policies with arrests and economic sanctions of small businesses. They damaged the supply chain with COVID enforcement issues that had a domino effect on consumer prices and the entire economy.

None of what we’ve experienced was ever about health and safety. COVID (or The Great Wuhan Kungflu Overreaction) just gave the leftist and America haters such as Obama the ability to push their agenda with the help of government agencies and unelected bureaucrats. Biden’s executive orders are all socialist in scope if not reach.

We’ve heard for years that it’s time for term limits for Congress. While the President is limited by law to two terms, it’s apparent that our current Executive Branch is compromised and using a specific power to circumvent the Constitution. Only someone who hates America as much as Obama does would want to see this happen.

The Heritage Foundation has accused past presidents of using executive orders to circumvent both Congress, The Supreme Court, and the Constitution. We’re seeing the result of unchecked power, regardless of our system of checks and balances. In just a short two years, America has been transformed, but as Obama envisioned it and not how American citizens want it. Plus, given the amount of time it takes to write an executive order and the process involved, how did over 20 of them happen to be available for Biden’s signature during his FIRST WEEK on the job?

We have a chance to put the brakes on any further “transformations” this coming November. If we don’t start now, the country will continue to transform into something unlivable and unrecognizable. Push us too far, and there could be an American Revolution 2.0. No one wants that. But we are now living under Obama’s vision for America.

In closing, the Left needs to know that Americans don’t transform into socialists very well, or very willingly.
