Have you ever heard of a remix of a campaign video before? Neither had we.

Linda Paulson is running for State Senate in Utah’s District 12 and she chose to rap in her campaign ad.

The video of the white Grandmotherly woman dropping some old-school beats about how she loves God, her family, and the Constitution is strangely endearing.

Political commentator Sydney Watson tweeted out the video as the left began to come out in force to mock Paulson.

The reaction from conservatives, however, was very different. While some said that the video was cringe-inducing, the consensus seemed to be that Paulson is both (a) brave to rap in an ad; and (b) adorable.

Trump-supporting rapper Bryson Gray decided to have a little fun and he remixed it.

The result? Something pretty awesome, actually.

It looks like Paulson just needed to consult with a professional and update her beats for 2022.

You may have heard of conservative, Christian rapper Bryson Gray before. In the fall of 2021, he had topped the iTunes charts with his song, “Let’s Go Brandon.” He then became the most censored rap artist even though he doesn’t use explicit lyrics.

Gray is quite the guy. Here he is talking about how his song was censored:

Bryson Gray is an unapologitic culture warrior and takes a stand for conservative and Christian values in his music… and he had Paulson’s back.

How can you not love the guy?

Maybe rap’s not exactly your thing, but we need to hit every front in this culture war and he’s absolutely fierce.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
