WATCH: New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern Is The Latest Lib To Call For Censoring Speech

While the Corporate Media all over the world is insisting that “fascists” are running rampant in Western democracies, they’re awfully quiet when leftwing leaders call for stifling speech.

We all saw how the Lib Media freaked out with the recent elections in Italy and Sweden clutching their pearls at the alleged “threats to democracy” posed by the new “hard-right” Prime Minister of Italy and the rise of the “far-right” Sweden Democrats who are now the second largest party in Parliament.

But when it comes to New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s recent speech to the United Nations General Assembly calling for a global, unified approach to use government mechanisms to censor speech... crickets.

In her speech, Ardern repeats what many other left-wingers have been advocating for — government censorship. Senator Liz Warren (D-MA) was hyperventilating at the thought of Elon Musk buying Twitter and restoring it to a neutral platform that doesn’t hair-trigger censor conservatives and she called for government regulation of social media companies in order to combat “disinformation.”

That is precisely what Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been trying to do in Canada and what former Secretary of State Hillary “Never Going To Be President” Clinton recently called for.

And let’s not forget the Biden administration’s quickly scrapped “Disinformation Governance Board” led by Russiagate Truther, Nina “Scary Poppins” Jankowicz.

Ardern used militaristic language and said that combating “disinformation” was like fighting a war.

Oh, sorry… that was a meme putting her in North Korea with her fellow champions of speech suppression.

Here’s the actual video:

You can watch Ardern’s full speech to the United Nations here:

This chick is nuts! She’s calling the push for a unified global effort to enact online censorship in the same vein as China, Iran, and North Korea as a “light-touch approach to disinformation.”

Who gets to decide what is and is not disinformation? It’s an even bigger question in a post-Russiagate, post-COVID world where we saw the truth actively suppressed and lies championed by the media and “fact-checkers.” People were vilified for saying that maybe Donald J. Trump wasn’t a puppet of Putin and people were kicked off of social media for suggesting that there were differences in risks for different age groups and that perhaps the vaccines weren’t as “safe and effective” as promised. In Jacinda Ardern’s world, censorship for “wrongthink” would be the norm — even if it turns out that the skeptics were right.

Besides, censorship is necessary, you see — because there are some people out there that just won’t get on board with the globalist agenda… and those people should be prevented from sharing their views according to the left-leaning authoritarian that treated her nation like a pair of island prisons for two years.

ARDERN: But what if that lie, told repeatedly, and across many platforms, prompts, inspires, or motivates others to take up arms. To threaten the security of others. To turn a blind eye to atrocities, or worse, to become complicit in them. What then?

This is no longer a hypothetical. The weapons of war have changed, they are upon us and require the same level of action and activity that we put into the weapons of old.

We recognized the threats that the old weapons created. We came together as communities to minimize these threats. We created international rules, norms and expectations. We never saw that as a threat to our individual liberties – rather, it was a preservation of them. The same must apply now as we take on these new challenges.

After all, how do you successfully end a war if people are led to believe the reason for its existence is not only legal but noble? How do you tackle climate change if people do not believe it exists? How do you ensure the human rights of others are upheld, when they are subjected to hateful and dangerous rhetoric and ideology?

This is the same rationale that authoritarian regimes like China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea use to censor dissidents, minority groups, and political opponents.

She seems to have a particular bee in her bonnet about people who question anthropogenic climate change and the attempt to reinvent modernity using windmills and solar panels… that will only serve to enrich China. Ardern doesn’t want anyone to ask even the most basic questions like, “Why do we need to spend billions of dollars to destroy our energy infrastructure to combat climate change when we don’t yet have reliable alternatives in place?” Nor does she want you to notice that the sudden hike in energy costs will have a significant death toll as people are forced to choose between heat and food.

This whole thing is just unbelievable from this particular leader who pushed COVID Zero and completely disregarded a central tenet of Western democracies — individual liberty — for two years.

Now that we know that the vaccines don’t prevent transmission she looks like a jackbooted thug that prevented normal life for 5 million people — including children who were at low risk from COVID — over an airborne respiratory illness when “virus gonna virus” anyway.

Healthy families were separated, marriage celebrations were postponed, funerals were delayed and limited to a handful of mourners, while depression, anxiety, and addiction skyrocketed. And she was one of the last to back down on her COVIDictator measures.

But the Corporate Media gave her a pass on that, too.

Meanwhile, the headlines are calling Italy’s new Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni a “fascist” and basically the reincarnation of Mussolini for *checks notes*… promoting conservatism as a center-right conservative.

Here the full CPAC address:

Is Giorgia Meloni a “fascist”? Maybe. I’m not saying that I’m an expert on Italian politics over here, but I’m disinclined to think so because the word “fascist” — which has a particular meaning — has been so overused by the left that it basically means anything that the left doesn’t like.

So far, though, she just seems like a pretty normal conservative to me — albeit one with a spine and some cajones. That does seem to set her apart somewhat. It’s like finding a unicorn.

Here she is blasting French President Emmanuel Macron after he shared his rather uncharitable thoughts on Italians.

If Macron didn’t want the criticism, he should’ve shut his crêpe-hole and not smeared an entire nation as disgusting, irresponsible cynics.

The left calling everything “fascist” is so awful, but I suspect it’s intentional.

It means that conservatives might defend actual bad people because they’re being attacked with a word that is just being used as a slur these days.

But then, the Libs will point to that and say, “See! They’re defending bad people!”

Ironically, many on the left defend bad people when they rush to defend Antifa thugs because they think that they’re fighting “fascists” many of whom appear to be just run-of-the-mill conservatives.

This brings me right back to the point that this is precisely why the left is calling basic conservatism “fascistic” these days.

That’s why this suggestion by Ardern is so insidious.

Which one do you think has the more fascistic speech? The world leader saying that we need to preserve things like God, family, and national identity — or the one that wants to silence opposition under the boot-heel of government under the oversight of an unaccountable international body?

If media coverage is any indicator, then it would seem that most people on the left disagree with conservatives on which one is the bigger “threat to democracy.”

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
