Teaching the full counsel of God means not shying away from the tough parts. That includes really tough and emotionally unpleasant questions like suicide.

With suicide rates in recent years soaring, situations involving someone contemplating ending it all, or family members left behind when someone has are someting that many Christians will have to face, sooner or later.

With public opinion all over the map, ranging from platitudes like ‘at least he isn’t suffering anymore’ or ‘at least he’s in a better place’ to the absolute certainty that any suicide faces an eternity with the thermostat waaaay up, some will turn to Christians in thier moment of crisis to ask for guidance.

Are you ready for those questions?

Would you like to be?

Let’s get started.
