‘The View’ Co-Host’s Defense Of VP Harris’s Bizarre Ramblings Is Painfully Stupid (VIDEO)
NOTE: This article may include commentary reflecting the author’s position.
The Coven of “The View” think that it’s racist, sexist, and just plain cruel to point out that Vice President Kamala Harris is becoming known for her “word salad” speeches.
On Tuesday, the co-hosts of “The View” discussed the White House’s plan to “boost” Vice President Kamala Harris’s image.
Whoopi started off the segment by pondering why that would be needed and controlled opposition co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin jumped in saying that Harris is going to be under the microscope primarily because she’ll be the running mate of the oldest Presidential candidate in American history.
Diversity-hire Sunny Hostin responded by saying that it was simply due to racism and misogyny “because we live in America.”
Joy Behar agreed with her tanned Mini-Me adding that Geraldine Ferraro was also criticized when she was Walter Mondale’s running mate in 1984.
Co-host Sara Haines pushed back on that by saying that she finds the Vice President difficult to listen to because of her “word salads” and played several short clips of Harris speaking.
“I don’t know if she’s going off script and ad-libbing or improving — and if that’s the case, she needs to stay on script,” Haines said. “If it’s her speechwriter, they need to change the speechwriter, because when you’re two years in, they need to protect her more.”
Well, see, here’s the thing — Kamala has some real trouble keeping staff. At two-and-a-half years into the administration, she’s already gone through two communications directors and a boat-load of staff.
Harris’s first Comms Director, Ashley Etienne left in November 2021. Jamal Simmons, who replaced Etienne in January 2022 resigned in December. In March, instead of hiring a third Comms Director, Harris hired Stephanie Young as senior adviser to focus on messaging and outreach and take a “bird’s eye approach” to the overall messaging from the Vice President’s office.
Do you think maybe that could be part of the problem here?
Before we get into Hostin’s absurd defense of Harris, let’s examine a few examples of the Vice President addressing various audiences.
Vice President Harris often sounds like she is trying to make a word count in an essay after having never read the book…

…or that she’s just learned basic information for the first time.
She speaks to adults like they are children. Here she is explaining to astronauts how a rocket launch is conducted.

Many people have said that the Vice President often sounds like she’s drunk.
Or maybe she’s high on that time-traveling weed she had while she was listening to Tupac and Snoop Dogg’s music in college years before either of them released an album.
Sky News Australia host Cory Bernardi says Harris speaks “like a simpleton.”
So, which is it? Is she unprepared, ignorant, drunk, high, or a simpleton?
Or maybe she just hates her job. It must be difficult playing second fiddle to Bumbling Biden.
It could be a combination of all of the above.
It might be helpful for Harris’s team to put together a Venn diagram and see if these things are overlapping problems that need addressing.

Kamala Harris’s speeches have basically become a recurring joke on the Right at this point. As of the time of this writing, the Washington Free Beacon has created 9 video compilations of “Veep Thoughts with Kamala Harris.”
Even “The Daily Show”, (which is so leftwing that it spins in circles,) couldn’t ignore how much life is imitating art — Kamala Harris sounds like an IRL version of Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s “Veep” character, Selina Meyer.
How does Hostin defend all of that? Well, she repeats her claim that it’s because of racism and misogyny, but then says that Harris repeats herself because she’s a lawyer and lawyers are taught to speak in threes.
“I would add that as a lawyer, you’re generally told when you’re speaking, that you speak in threes, because that’s what people remember,” Hostin said. “So if you’re going to talk about a car, you talk about the car, the red car, the fast red car.”
Here’s a clip of the segment with the comments from both Haines and Hostin.
What the hell is she talking about???
There are a lot of lawyers in Congress and none of them speak in that bizarre way that Kamala Harris does. Let’s just look at the Senate chamber where Kamala used to be.
Do Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX), Mike Lee (R-UT), Josh Hawley (R-MO), or the unparalleled John Kennedy (R-LA) ramble incoherently as Kamala Harris does?
It’s not just Republicans, either. While one could argue that Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Amy Klobouchar (D-MN), Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Maizie Hirono (D-HI) all have their own speech idiosyncrasies, none of them have the same one that Harris does that makes her sound drunk.
This is a uniquely Kamala Harris phenomenon and no attempt to dismiss it as racism, misogyny, or some sort of “lawyerly communication style” is going to work.
It’s up to Kamala Harris and her (constantly shrinking) team to try to fix this, but that’s going to be difficult since this odd, patronizing speaking style seems to be an engrained habit of the Vice President.
You can watch the full segment of “The View” harpies discussing how mean people are for attacking Kama-La here:
By the way, Hostin (predictably) bashed married white women as racist and complicit in the patriarchy by baselessly claiming that they “fall in line with what their husbands are doing.”
ABC's @Sunny Hostin: "Women, white women in particular, want to protect this patriarchy here, because it’s to their benefit … Married white women, they do fall in line with what their husbands [want]" pic.twitter.com/1jJc596Omg

She hates the Right so much that she dehumanizes white women who vote Republican comparing them to cockroaches.
Sunny Hostin on The View: "I read a poll just yesterday that white Republican suburban women are now going to vote Republican. It’s almost like roaches voting for Raid."
REMINDER: The left hates you.

It couldn’t be that there are actual ideological differences that are grounded in values, right?
How is “The View” still on television? Everyone knows what the panel members are going to say before they even say it. These women are all reading from (basically) the same script because they’re all in the same bubble. That must be why it’s called “THE View.”
There are better women to learn from that the Coven over at “The View.”
In Doug Giles’ latest book, Biblical Badasses: The Women, Giles spotlights ten epic ladies who did awesome things for God with the odds severely stacked against them. These girls weren’t your typical church ladies. They were holy movers and shakers who upset hell with their God-honoring, faith-filled, lives. Giles’ unique take on these terrific women makes the scripture come alive. This book is real, raw, relevant, and irreverent. Giles’ prayer is that after reading, Biblical Badasses: The Women, not only will your noggin be filled with these amazing tales of high and lows from real women who rocked in a hard place, via the power of God, but that you will get off your butt, quit pursuing stupidity, start chasing down your high calling and at the end of your life, you too, like the holy femme fatales featured herein, will have left a massive scar on Satan’s haggard backside.
