BOOMERANG: Durham Report Unexpectedly Opens Pandora’ Box For The Clintons

Crossfire Hurricane may have been a dirty plot to kneecap her political rival. But the resulting Durham Investigation created a report that is — right now — biting her in the @$$.

We don’t believe in Karma around here but we do enjoy the occasional display of poetic justice.

The Durham Report didn’t just produce information relevant to the true origin story of the soft coup attempt against Donald Trump as represented in the Crossfire Hurricane/Steele Dossier story.

It also produced some juicy information relevant to the FBI’s failure to thoroughly investigate allegations of criminal wrongdoing in the Clinton family.

Speaking of FBI failures

The Clintons have an uncanny talent for facing the consequences of their actions. Many of the issues are unlikely to rear their head again.

But one case in which whistleblowers alleged that the IRS failed to properly investigate allegations of criminal wrongdoing is very much a live concern… because it’s still before the courts.

The IRS — no surprise — has been fighting like hell to make this case (first opened in 2017) quietly go away. Give them credit. Big government types really know how to circle the wagons and protect their own.

But the Judge is having none of it.

At the center of the controversy is a little organization called the ‘Clinton Foundation’. You may have heard of it.

U.S. Tax Court Judge David Gustafson has already once before denied an IRS request to dismiss the whistleblower case, first brought in 2017. And three years ago, he ordered the tax agency to reveal whether it criminally investigated the foundation, citing a mysterious “gap” in its records.
The IRS filed a new motion to dismiss, and all parties filed arguments over the last year. But on Monday, Gustafson postponed ruling on those motions, instead asking for new arguments in light of three recent precedent-setting court rulings, once again frustrating IRS efforts to make the case go away. — JustTheNews

JTN describes a lot of twists and turns in the case and the ruling.

Here’s the fast-and-dirty explanation.

Watch for the plot twist that drops the Clintons squarely into the same category that Joe and Hunter now find themselves in with respect to foreign money.

Whistleblowers John Moynihan, a former federal agent, and Larry Doyle, a corporate tax compliance expert have to the of the month to update their testimony in light of Durham Report revelations. The IRS has until the end of July.

Consistent with both what Durham has said about the government not taking these investigations seriously, the judge noted that IRS still hasn’t given the judge evidence he had told them to hand over.

The allegation — made openly in Congressional testimony in 2018 — claims that the Clinton Foundation improperly behaved as an agent of foreign governments.

The Durham Report acknowledged four separate probes into the Clinton family, indicating the evidence involved was not treated anywhere nearly as seriously as probes into Trump-affiliated parties were.

Here’s where the rubber hits the road. We have marked key phrases in bold:

Three of those probes were started during the 2016 election and were focused on allegations that the foundation was at the center of “criminal activity” that included “fraud and corruption allegations.”
One of those most serious allegations was that a corporate industry “likely engaged a federal public official in a flow of benefits scheme, namely, large monetary contributions were made to a non-profit, under both direct and indirect control of the federal public official, in exchange for favorable government action and/or influence,” Durham wrote.
“Beginning in late 2014, before Clinton formally declared her presidential candidacy, the FBI learned from a well-placed [source] that a foreign government was planning to send an individual to contribute to Clinton’s anticipated presidential campaign, as a way to gain influence with her should she win the presidency,” he also said.

Direct, formal, allegations that she — like the Bidens have been accused of doing — selling out the country’s interests for financial gain.

And they had the audacity to set up five years of bogus ‘Russia Russia Russia’ allegations?

The freaking cojones on these people.

The irony is, even John Kass at the Chicago Tribune was calling the Clintons out in this… in August 2016. This was long before the ballots were cast and when Crossfire Hurricane was just getting up to speed.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
