Vegan ‘Influencer’ Dead At 39 — Reports Are That Her Diet Killed Her
We are endlessly scolded by the ‘experts’ that healthy eating is a function of how many veggies you eat, and that red meat will kill you and the planet too.
If vegetarian diets are held up as the healthiest of all eating, you would think that a 39-yo ‘influencer’ who held herself to one of the strictest forms of such eating would be especially healthy.
Her followers, seeing her photos certainly thought so.
But in reality, Zhanna Samsonova’s diet was literally the death of her.
Ms Samsonova, who hadn’t drunk water for more than six years and instead replaced it with fruit and vegetable juices, died on July 21 in Malaysia.
The influencer, who had over 10,000 Instagram followers and had been travelling across Asia for the past 17 years, reportedly died from a cholera-like infection that was exacerbated by her extreme restrictive eating, her mother told Russian newspaper Vechernyaya Kazan.
Ms Samsonova’s official cause of death has not yet been determined as her family try to get her body back to Russia amid bureaucratic delays.

This is a glimpse of the world envisioned for us by our ‘Eat Ze Bugz’ betters in Davos.
Meanwhile in flyover country, theres’ good news for ordinary people enjoying real food… and meat.
That meaty meal you’re serving up could add years to your life.
For years we have heard that the secret to a long life is to cut back on meat consumption and increase our intake of carbs—advice that is enshrined in the USDA’s Dietary Guidelines for Americans. But that’s not what these researchers found.
You and his team analyzed data from 175 countries and territories—in other words, almost the whole world—and used various statistical methods to “explore and compare the correlations between newborn life expectancy … life expectancy at five years of life … and intakes of meat, and carbohydrate crops, respectively. The established risk factors to life expectancy—caloric intake, urbanization, obesity and education levels—were included as the potential confounders.”
The researchers found that worldwide, meat intake was associated with a longer life. “This relationship remained significant when influences of caloric intake, urbanization, obesity, education and carbohydrate crops were statistically controlled.” By contrast, consumption of carbohydrates had a weak but negative correlation with life expectancy. — EpochTimes
This poor chick needed better role models of how she could be ‘badass’ without killing herself in the process.

Giles’ prayer is that after reading, Biblical Badasses: The Women, not only will your noggin be filled with these amazing tales of high and lows from real women who rocked in a hard place, via the power of God, but that you will get off your butt, quit pursuing stupidity, start chasing down your high calling and at the end of your life, you too, like the holy femme fatales featured herein, will have left a massive scar on Satan’s haggard backside.
