MSNBC has chutzpah, and so does that conspiracy dude, Maddow, that is (shockingly) the network’s top ratings grabber.
On Monday night’s Rachel Maddow Show, Rachel Maddow, the premier Russia Collusion Hoax peddler brought on Hillary Clinton, the architect of the Russian Collusion narrative, to laugh at the latest indictment against former President Donald J. Trump for allegedly attempting to overturn the 2020 election.
It may be the most absurd and unhinged 15 minutes of gaslighting and obfuscation to air on MSNBC — and that’s really saying something.
At one point, Hillary says that the corrupt, clueless, Shambling Husk of Mediocrity (also known as President Joe Biden,) doesn’t get enough credit for “trying to model responsible leadership.”
As asinine as that comment was, watching these two harpies smugly talk about the “threat to democracy” that Trump poses with his claims of a stolen election and how it’s awful that he is undermining institutions, and then smugly cackle about how hilarious it is that Democrat District Attorneys and Biden’s DOJ are weaponizing the justice system against the current GOP 2024 front-runner who is a former Republican President, shows that partisan hacks gonna hack no matter what.
Neither of these conspiracy-peddling harridans has an ounce of self-awareness or is capable of self-reflection.
These are two people that have sowed distrust in our institutions and have spent years insisting that the 2016 election result was not because Trump tapped into populist dissatisfaction with Leftwing elitist globalism that has decimated smalltown America, but was determined by the Russians who had duped boomer “deplorables” in Red states with $100k in Facebook memes.
This was a conversation between the woman who has repeatedly insisted that Trump was an illegitimate President…

…and gushed over Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) bringing him repeatedly on her show to platform his Russian Collusion fever dreams.

It’s not just Hillary and Maddow, though. A lot of Democrats have said that elections that they’ve lost were illegitimate since Al Gore in 2000.

So, which party is it that normalized the distrust in elections?
Should those Democrats be held accountable for sowing distrust in the electoral process and our institutions? Or is that accountability only for Republicans?
