You know it’s bad when even the White House is willing to condemn the statements by far-left “Squad” members.
That’s precisely what happened in Tuesday’s White House Press conference.
In a response to Real Clear Politics White House correspondent, Philip Wegmann, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre called statements by some far-left Democratic members of Congress “repugnant” and said that “there are not two sides” with regard to the terror attack that has killed at least 1,000 Israelis, most of whom were civilians.
Jean-Pierre was asked about comments made by Democratic lawmakers who ‘seem to be equating the Hamas terror attack with actions that were previously taken by Israel.’
A trio of members of the left-wing ‘Squad’ – Reps. Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Cori Bush – are under fire for their reactions to the heinous attacks, which have killed at least 1,000 Israelis, mostly civilians…
…’Look, I’ve seen some of those statements this weekend and we are going to continue to be very clear, we believe they are wrong,’ Jean-Pierre said. ‘We believe they are repugnant and we believe they are disgraceful.’
‘Our condemnation belongs squarely with terrorists who have brutally murdered, raped, and kidnapped hundreds – hundreds of Israelis,’ she continued. ‘There can be no equivocation about that. There are not two sides here, there are not two sides.’

In the wake of the horrific attack on Israeli civilians by Hamas terrorists on Saturday, it was telling that a number of mouthy far-left politicians with strong opinions about politics in the Middle East were largely silent.
Nothing for days from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) or Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) despite the pair so often looking for ways to get on camera.
Pro-BLM Congresswoman Cori Bush was one of the Squad members that issued a statement on October 7, the day of the horrific terror attack that caught Israelis celebrating Simchat Torah by surprise.
In it, Bush mourned the death of the Israelis and the Hamas terrorists who were killed in response to the terror attack.

Shameful.
It took two days for Palestinian Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) to post a statement to her Instagram account. When it was posted, Tlaib clearly blamed the victims of the terror attack for the horrific atrocities that in any other context would be condemned as war crimes.
In her statement, she blamed Israel for the plight of the Palestinians in Gaza without mentioning that the leadership in Gaza, Hamas, is a terrorist organization that is determined to eradicate the Jewish people from Israel. An oversight, I’m sure.
Maybe she was concerned that denouncing Hamas terrorists might affect her electability next time around.

In contrast, Rep. Ilhan “Some People Did Something” Omar (D-MN) could not stop posting pro-Hamas talking points on social media.
Rep. Omar initially posted that what Hamas terrorists did was “horrific” but that it will “only repeat the back and fort cycle” of violence in the region. It would appear that Omar thinks that Israel should just accept terrorists targeting civilians including the elderly, women, and children and not respond to that in any way.
I condemn the horrific acts we are seeing unfold today in Israel against children, women, the elderly, and the unarmed people who are being slaughtered and taken hostage by Hamas. Such senseless violence will only repeat the back and forth cycle we’ve seen, which we cannot allow…
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 7, 2023
She then posted that we should all pray for the Palestinians in Gaza because they don’t have the same ability to defend themselves the way that Israel does. She fails to mention that Hamas uses Palestinian civilians as human shields. Boy, these far-left pro-Palestine Squad members sure do leave out a lot of stuff, don’t they?
Reminder, Gaza doesn’t have shelters or an iron dome and to please pray for them. May peace prevail in the region and move us towards a moral awakening to care about the human suffering we are seeing. Palestinians are human beings who have been in besieged and are deserving of… https://t.co/zHssSCqi1O
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 8, 2023
And then came the thread highlighting the plight of the poor, oppressed Palestinians that are under the thumb of Israel. Again, Omar doesn’t mention that Israel completely vacated the entire Gaza Strip in 2005, so the conditions that are there are whose fault, exactly? Perhaps if Hamas cared more about their people and less about murdering Jews, and used the funding that they get for humanitarian aid instead of weapons, life in Gaza might be better for those Palestinian children. But hey, what do I know?
Gaza’s 2+ million population are mostly children, who live under blockade in what Israel’s own former intelligence chief has called an open air prison.
The overwhelming majority live in poverty.
Many suffer lifelong psychological and physical trauma. 🧵https://t.co/cu36UZ0hTp
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 9, 2023
Palestinian residents of the West Bank have scarcely better lives than Gazans—with the routine destruction of their ancestral homes, destruction of their crops, and violent attacks by Israeli settlers.
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 9, 2023
Palestinians have few recourses for justice and accountability. Attacks by the IDF and settlers against Palestinians are regularly met with impunity. Efforts to seek justice in international courts are stonewalled by the Israeli government, with U.S. support.
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 9, 2023
In the thread, Omar then reiterates her previous statement that Israel should shut up and accept the terror attacks that include slaughtering the elderly at a bus stop, gang raping women at a music festival for peace alongside the bodies of their friends, and the murder and beheading of infants.
As the world is condemning Hamas’s attacks, we must also oppose an Israeli military response that has already taken the lives of hundreds of Palestinians, including nearly two dozen children.
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 9, 2023
This is collective punishment, a war crime, and the U.S. should oppose any violations of international law if we truly support a rules-based international order.
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 9, 2023
And that targeting an entire civilian population will only sow more discord and perpetuate the cycle of violence.
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 9, 2023
Instead of continuing unconditional weapons sales and military aid to Israel, I urge the United States at long last to use its diplomatic might to push for peace.
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) October 9, 2023
At no point should anyone ever attempt to defend the murderous terrorists that are raping women and girls, desecrating bodies, and beheading babies while hiding their military headquarters in a hospital and use their own people as human shields.
The best thing for the Palestinian people is to root out and destroy Hamas and their sympathizers. That is the only way to achieve peace in the region.
And when you ask these pro-Palestine leftists about what actually happened in Israel on a religious holiday, they won’t answer because it’s indefensible.
Here is Fox News correspondent, Hillary Vaughn, trying to ask Rep. Rashida Tlaib about Hamas terrorists beheading babies and burning Israeli children alive.

In 2019, Rep. Rashida Tlaib got emotional at a hearing on migrant children being separated from their parents at the border, & called it “traumatic” and “inhumane”.
Today, she had no comment, and no reaction when asked about Israeli children being beheaded by Hamas terrorists. https://t.co/nb0M1bXReQ pic.twitter.com/bU3EUERZSA

As usual, the Ringo of the Squad, Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), or as I call her, “Forgettable Moesha”, made an equally offensive suggestion of ceasefire, but it didn’t exactly make the headlines.
These devastating attacks on Israelis are deeply alarming and my heart breaks for the victims & their loved ones.
We need an immediate ceasefire & de-escalation.
It is long past time to stop this cycle of violence & trauma, and work toward a just & lasting peace in the region. https://t.co/mPUukLKYg6

After a 4-day hiatus, AOC finally tweeted. And it’s just as asinine a take as you’d expect.
She is “both sidesing” this situation as well. Her first response to this atrocity was to quote a video post on X that shows angry supporters of Israel calling for Gaza to be “flattened.”
Here’s what we’re not going to do:
We will not allow bigotry to destroy our community and city in this devastating moment.
Islamophobia, antisemitism, and victim blaming cannot be tolerated.
We can + will reject it all. Not hard. We must focus on the lives currently at stake. https://t.co/TWfnp8G6eU
— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) October 11, 2023
AOC is right that calling for the genocide of an entire people group is bad on both sides, but it’s telling that she didn’t quote tweet any of the videos from all over the world of the pro-Palestine side calling for the extermination of the Jewish people.
All over the world, the pro-Palestine side has been chanting the anti-Semitic “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free.” This an explicit call for the eradication of Jews from Israel.
Here’s what some of the anti-Jewish hatred looked like:

University campuses in America appear to be hotbeds of pro-Hamas extremism.
“Glory to the martyrs,” chanted Palestinian activists at the University of Wisconsin yesterday.
The left tells us neo-Nazis are hidden around every corner in America yet it’s college campuses holding rallies openly cheering on the murder of Jews.

Even elite institutions like Harvard and Yale aren’t immune.

Meanwhile, the Regime Media is softening its rhetoric against Hamas as Israel begins its response to the horrific terror attack.
🚨Holy shit you can’t make this up.

Is Israel perfect? No. But they do their damnedest to focus on military targets and minimize civilian casualties. Maybe the big problem here is that Hamas uses human shields and then parades their dead around so that propagandists like the New York Times can parrot their talking points.
Israel has a right to exist as a nation and a right to not be constantly attacked by terrorists who hate them for that existence.
Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.
Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.
This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
