Smear Machine Behind Trump Defamation Campaign Hit By Layoffs After Musk Suit And Investigation

When their own cancel culture tactics finally boomeranged, it cost them big-time

Even before Trump was sworn as President, there was already a plan in place to undermine, defame, impeach, and destroy him.

It involved a drip-drip-drip of defamatory news stories. It involved choking off of right-wing news outlets. And it involved attempts to use everything from public opinion to the courts to impeach him (if possible) or at minimum keep him from being re-elected.

The 49 page white paper was called ‘Media Matters War Plan 2017‘, and it was hatched by Hillary Clinton loyalist David Brock.

Clash Daily has had a lot to say about their conspiracy to destroy Trump over the years, and how closely some of the Never Trump tactics have followed the precise battle plan listed in that document almost to the letter.

Here is a small sampling:

How BOTH Trump Impeachments Stem From ONE Strategy Predating His Inauguration

A similar but different Media Matters story here:

FAKE NEWS: Axios Shows That 51 ‘Local News’ Sources Are Actually Dem Political Ops

In plain English, they’re pure propagandists posing as fact-checkers that spend their time discrediting people more worthy than themselves.

And now? The boomerang. They got caught manipulating data to defame a political rival, and that someone had both the means and the will to litigate over it.

Liberal watchdog Media Matters fired at least a dozen staffers Thursday — and management and some of the laid-off journalists blamed X owner Elon Musk for the cuts.
The billionaire mogul sued the Washington, DC-based nonprofit organization for defamation last November, accusing the company of manufacturing images showing advertisements from major companies alongside posts made by white supremacists and neo-Nazis.
The lawsuit led to federal probes by Republican Attorneys General Ken Paxton of Texas and Andrew Bailey of Missouri into the outlet for possible fraudulent activity by allegedly manipulating data on the site formerly known as Twitter. — NYPost

Media Matters suddenly finds itself on the short end of the stick they’ve been poking people with for years, and there is nobody to blame but themselves.

That’s not gonna stop them from trying to play at being the victim. Naturally.

Victimhood is the coin of the realm in their world. If they can convince someone they’re a victim, the kneejerk liberal reaction is to rush to their defense.

From that same article:

“We’re confronting a legal assault on multiple fronts and given how rapidly the media landscape is shifting, we need to be extremely intentional about how we allocate resources in order to stay effective,” Carusone said.

Riiiight.

Show us on the doll where accountability hurt you.

Media Matters is exactly the kind of group that would scoff at ‘thoughts and prayers’. Have they considered the possibility that THIS itself could be evidence of answered prayer? Especially the kind of battle-against-the-darkness prayers you’ll find in this book:

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
