AWKWARD: The DNC Is Accused Of Criminally Supporting Trump’s Various Accusers

Trump's defense team could have a field day with this information

If Trump was criminally charged with 34 counts despite correctly designating a non-disclosure agreement as legal fees… how many charges will the DNC face for using donor dollars for setting Trump up?

In the same week that a Democrat in Maricopa County is facing criminal charges for stealing a security key that gives access to voting machines, we’re seeing ANOTHER example of election-related criminality on the Democrat’s side.

Sounds like shades of what we saw Hillary do to use ‘legal expenses’ to pay a foreign-born spy to slander Trump and start the wrecking ball swinging in what we now call ‘Crossfire Hurricane’.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has sent millions of dollars to law firms that are intimately involved in an “unprecedented lawfare” campaign against former President Donald Trump, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) records reviewed by the Daily Caller.

The DNC has paid close to $2 million since August of 2021 to Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP for “legal services,” according to the DNC’s FEC filings. Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP founding partner Roberta A. Kaplan represented E. Jean Carroll in her sexual assault and defamation suits against Trump. The New York Times previously reported that Reid Hoffman, the billionaire co-founder of LinkedIn, helped pay for Carroll’s lawsuits.

The DNC did not pay the firm for any services from its founding in 2017 until August of 2021. Carroll initiated her first lawsuit against Trump in 2019.
[…] The DNC has also paid Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP several million dollars for “legal services” since 2021, according to FEC filings. ABC News previously reported the firm has “represented the DNC for a long time.” Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale And Dorr LLP has filed numerous Amicus briefs in the United States v. Donald Trump case, which concerns Trump’s potential criminal liability for actions related to the 2020 election and Jan. 6, and currently sits before the Supreme Court. — DailyCaller

So, just to get this straight: If Trump pays his lawyer a legal fee relating to a nondisclosure agreement, that’s supposedly a criminal offence related — in some vague and undefined sense — to ‘influencing’ an election.

In that case, what about the millions of dollars paid to bankroll the ongoing legal harassment and allegations against a Republican candidate for President by allies of the Democrat candidate for re-election currently in control of the DOJ?

Ever since the court case the DNC sank millions into propping up, they have using every negative statement the judge affirmed against him as a statement to ‘prove’ Trump is disqualified as a candidate.

How do we know this has been bad-faith lawfare from Day One? Because some of the same players in this drama were mentioned in exactly this lawfare strategy when Trump was still ‘President-Elect’.
