Milei has been very clear that he was going to slash spending and stabilize the economy.

Look at those sad clowns!
Do you know why they look like that? Because… 1. They want their “free” stuff, 2. They want to virtue signal that they’re the “good” elites looking out for the little guy, and 3. The guy with the lambchop sideburns and crazy hair that calls them “Leftards” is right and they hate that.
When Milei took office, the monthly inflation had reached a high of 25.5%, threatening Venezuela-style hyperinflation, over 50% of the population was at risk of poverty and 20% experiencing extreme poverty, the currency was diminished by reckless money-printing, and the annualized inflation rate was over 300%.
The results speak for themselves.
He immediately made changes to government spending and Argentina had a balanced budget with a surplus for the first time in 12 years.
It took Libertarian President Javier Milei nine and a half weeks to balance the budget and create a surplus.

In one year, Milei has turned much of the country’s economic problems around. Yes, there were some hardships as the free market took time to catch up to the austerity measures, but it’s levelling out and the poverty rate has dropped significantly since he took office.
Poverty in Argentina dropped from 54% to 38% over the past year. Milei not only prevented hyperinflation but also put the country on a path to growth. https://t.co/Bo0rRvMzmc pic.twitter.com/tz6U11dEx4

Congrats to J Milei. Awesome accomplishment.
