Dems’ Steele Dossier Lawyer Gets Knuckles Rapped In Court… Election CAN’T Use Foreign Money
Democrats' activist dirty tricks lawyer has been at it again... this time he hit a wall

From Hillary’s Steele Dossier, to 2020’s Mail-in ballot initiatives, to all sorts of creative redistricting attempts, Marc Elias is smack in the middle of almost every creative dirty tricks campaign you can imagine.
It’s all in the service of ‘saving democracy’, of course. Not a naked attempt to maximize political power. Never that.
This time around, he has been fighting to allow foreign money to meddle in American politics.
Fittingly, he got his answer just in time for Independence Day. Not even an Obama-appointed judge was able to get him the results he was looking for.
In a ruling described as ‘scathing’ that condemned an ‘overbroad’ theory, the judge sided against Elias in his attempt to keep open a backdoor means of pouring foreign donors’ money into a local election.
Until recently, ballot initiatives were not included in the prohibitions of foreign dollars. Conveniently, certain dirty-tricks lawyers have learned how to ‘game’ the Get-out-the-vote process by introducing polarizing initiatives of the sort that work like catnip on their political base.
In effect, they have found a way to game the system to leverage foreign dollars in a get-out-the-vote effort.
Remember, we are dealing with a guy that was personally involved in orchestrated the Russia Collusion hoax against Donald Trump. And he is trying to persuade a judge to allow MORE foreign dollars in to sway a Kansas election result.
H.B. 2106, which amends the state’s Campaign Finance Act, prohibits donations from foreign nationals in support or defeat of proposed amendments to the Kansas constitution.
Federal law already forbids foreign interests from contributing to individual candidates and super PACs, but a backdoor exists regarding ballot measures. H.B. 2106, however, closes this foreign influence loophole in Kansas elections.
U.S. Judge Daniel D. Crabtree, an Obama appointee, sided with the state on Monday, the eve of the Kansas law’s effective date.
“Kansas has identified a compelling interest in preventing foreign influence in Kansans’ decisions about its foundational governing document,” Crabtree ruled. —Washington Examiner
We are STILL just beginning to learn details about a scandal Kash Patel recently referred to Sen Grassley. That was about information the FBI had suppressed relating to China attempting to help boost Biden’s numbers in 2020. Iran was allegedly making moves of their own.
We just arrested two Chinese spies trying to steal US military secrets.
And a Clinton associate is pushing to have MORE foreign money meddling in US elections?
The judge made the right call. But if Dems are as ‘patriotic’ and ‘anti-tyrrany’ as they pretend to be, that case should never have been filed in the first place.
