SMOKING GUN: ‘No Kings’ Dems DELIBERATELY Trampled Trump’s 4A Rights

Biden's DOJ dug through Melania's underwear, despite NO probable cause

The left bleats ENDLESSLY about Trump trampling these rights or those… with zero proof. In reality, THEY were the ones trampling his. We’ve got smoking gun proof.

Biden’s DOJ was violating Trump’s rights when they raided his home. They knew. And they did it anyway.

It wasn’t bad enough that they intentionally waited for Trump to be away when they conducted the raid.

It wasn’t bad enough that the infamous photo with the files scattered on the floor was NOT how they found the files, but how the FBI arranged them for the evidence photo. (No matter, the photo was leaked and media was thrilled to run with their sloppy handling of classified files narrative.) This photo:

It wasn’t bad enough that the Biden people lied about White House involvement in pushing the investigation.

It wasn’t bad enough that Trump had the entirely plausible defence of having been the one person in America who could unilaterally have declassified any file and was arguably entirely in his right to possess any of these files, while Biden had PERSONALLY been caught red-handed in the ACTUAL misuse of classified files that no Senator or even Vice President had a right or power to possess.

Clean-up crews in the FBI made Biden’s problem go away, while they worked every possible angle in criminalizing Trump.

Judicial Watch has newly-released emails proving that folks in the FBI made it clear there was no legal predicate or probably cause to justify a raid on Mar-A-Lago.

Some excerpts from the Judicial Watch Press Release (read the full release here):

Judicial Watch announced today that it has obtained 207 pages of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) records that reveal the FBI’s concerns about the legal basis for the raid of then-former President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. The records expose deep concerns within the FBI itself, including explicit objections from field agents who warned the U.S. Department of Justice that the unprecedented August 8, 2022, raid on Trump’s home lacked probable cause.

The documents were uncovered in response to a March 11, 2026, Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed with the FBI regarding the counterintelligence investigation codenamed Plasmic Echo—a “sensitive investigative matter” launched following a referral from the National Archives and Records Administration.

The records include a July 13, 2022, email between FBI field agents explicitly stating they did not believe probable cause existed to search Mar-a-Lago and urging the Justice Department to cooperate with Trump’s attorney instead of insisting on a raid:
[Indented text following is from one of the paragraphs cited above] […]

WFO does not believe (and has articulated to DOJ CES [Counterintelligence and Export Control Section]), that we have established probable cause for the search warrant at Mar a Lago. DOJ has opined that they do, requesting a wide scope including residence, office, storage space.

[…] A separate internal communication reinforces that agents rejected the legal basis and scope:
[…] A May 10, 2022, FBI email shows direct coordination with the Biden White House Counsel’s Office and identifies a Trump aide as a target: “Coordination with DOJ and WH Counsel are in work to start the process to confirm and interview current administration employee Walt Nauta (former WH Valet).”

An August 4, 2022, FBI email documents Justice Department officials dismissing optics:
[…] A May 24, 2022, FBI email indicates that the press had advance knowledge of the investigation’s actions: “an inquiry from the Washington Post seeking confirmation on two items from the FBI WFO Public Affairs team.”

A February 24, 2022, FBI report shows the left-wing advocacy group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) helped spur the investigation into President Trump:

It goes on to show Wray’s own hand giving guidance that procedures had been followed and that the law plays no favorites… with this email filed into the same Plasmic Echo case that covered the investigation into Trump’s classified records.

The folks behind the Trump investigation weren’t just warned once. They were warned again and again.

They did it anyway. Even when they knew it was wrong.

Scratch that.

Even when they knew it was Un-Constitutional.

(So much for that oath to defend the Constitution.)

They didn’t just violate Trump’s 4th Amendment rights.

They violated Melania’s and Barrons, too.

If any of them choose to sue those responsible — personally — for damages that came from an unlawful or unpredicted case?

Can you even imagine?

Giles Volume II The Trump Collection (Doug Giles Art Collection)

This Donald Trump art book is the victory lap that conservatives have been waiting for since 2020. This hard-cover, full-color glossy collection by conservative painter, Doug Giles, will entertain you for hours on end and quickly become a valuable collector’s item as an icon of the MAGA movement.

“I’ve had a blast painting my Trump Collection over the last seven years. Several of these paintings made me laugh so hard that milk came out of my nostrils, and I haven’t had milk for thirty-six years. These epic paintings now reside in bars, hunting camps, man caves, she sheds, trophy rooms, and God and Country MAGA homes from sea to shining
sea.

One word of warning before you purchase this Trump Collection: This book will spawn liberal tears, Marxist rage, and NeoCon hissy fits, of course.

Finally, I hope you thoroughly enjoy this DJT gaggle of my gadfly oil paintings.” God bless, and stay rowdy. Doug Giles
