Sparks Fly At Prayer Breakfast As Trump Takes Dead Aim At Pelosi And Romney

Pelosi put on her Church Lady face and pretended respectability while giving a prayer at the National Prayer breakfast. Trump had no such pretense. Nancy dropped her mask after the event.

Trump isn’t buying her pious praying saint act. He has her pegged as a self-righteous Pharisee.

He’s not alone in that perception.

Here’s what was said at the National Prayer Breakfast.

First, Nancy offered a prayer that could have been tucked neatly in any secular global social justice wish list and the only thing that would have stuck out was the reference at the end to the triune God.

Later, Trump stood up to speak.

Since she had already been talking about ‘justice’, and since Impeachment Colluders had draped so much of their actions in religious garb, Trump took a moment to talk about impeachment.

“I don’t like people who use their faith as justification for doing what they know is wrong. Nor do I like people who say ‘I pray for you’ when they know that that’s not so.’

That was a shot at Romney and at Pelosi.

Right on cue, the Church Lady held a presser in which she unloaded with personal digs at the man she so ‘devoutly prays for’. Even though she ‘refuses to accept his acquittal’.

(But she doesn’t hate him… right?)

Here’s a sampling of the parts that CNN wants us to pay attention to:

Of course. They would, wouldn’t they?

They led the way on the Russia Collusion hoax, the calls for the Mueller Report, and gave almost Perfectly partisan coverage of the Impeachment process, cheering every word to fall from Schiff’s lying tongue, and throwing contempt on anything Trump’s defense team would raise as a counter.

At the event Trump threw thanking the hard work of his legal team and supporters, Trump referenced his statement … “I meant every word.”
