OVERSIGHT UPDATE: DOJ Referrals Will Make Autopen Pardonees Sweat Bullets
Bad News for folks who got Biden's get out of jail free card

The worst-kept secret in Washington was that Joe Biden’s mental acuity had been circling the drain to the point that, even before he got the 2020 Dem nomination, observers like ClashDaily were already writing about it.
They ran him as their candidate anyway. And the guy some were calling President Asterisk was sworn in to sit behind his (ir)Resolute Desk. The question lingered, if Joe’s no longer playing with a full deck (even by his meagre standards), who’s REALLY running the show over there?
The mass pardons signed by the Autopen triggered a legitimacy crisis, not of his presidency itself, but the decisions that he (allegedly) signed into law.
Which of these decisions are actually valid and therefore binding on the nation? Do folks like Fauci and the J6 Committee who have serious legal questions hanging above their own heads REALLY get a blank check to walk free? What about Joe’s relatives NOT named Hunter Biden? We know Joe signed his boy’s pardon in his own hand, but the others? Not so much.
Because it was not obvious that Joe Biden’s will and consent were involved in many of these orders signed by the autopen — orders that take us well beyond the pardons themselves — Trump asserted they were not to be viewed as valid Presidential acts, and therefore carried no force in law.
The Oversight Committee looked into the question, and after months of depositions, interviews, inquiries, and subpoenas, they have concluded that Trump is right.
Today, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released a staff report titled “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House.” The report exposes how President Joe Biden’s top advisors, political operatives, and personal physician concealed the President’s mental and physical decline from the American people. The findings reveal that as President Biden’s condition deteriorated, his aides exercised presidential authority and facilitated executive actions without his direct authorization, including misusing the autopen and failing to properly document decision-making processes.
Following the findings of its investigation, the Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) sent a letter to the U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi requesting the U.S. Department of Justice conduct a comprehensive review of all executive actions taken during the Biden presidency and scrutinize key Biden aides—Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Annie Tomasini, and Anthony Bernal—who pleaded the Fifth Amendment during the investigation. Chairman Comer also sent a letter to the District of Columbia Board of Medicine seeking its review of actions taken by Dr. O’Connor to determine any potential wrongdoing in his medical care of the former president. — Oversight

And the video attached to that post:
Joe Biden WAS NOT running the show.
Our new report EXPOSES how Biden's decline was real and his aides covered it up.
Aides didn't even know WHO was operating the autopen to sign official documents and pardons.

And here’s a wider look at how we came to this conclusion, with a timeline of what was done and discovered until now.
Next steps?
On one hand, the DOJ is looking into who may have abused their power in illicitly usurping Presidential authority, which, as everyone who invoked the word ‘insurrection’ about 100 times a day since January of 2021 must realize, is a serious undermining of bright lines of authority expressly spelled out in the Constitution.
If Joe Biden were unable to make all of these decisions himself, there was no ‘Edith Wilson’ loophole that let them continue with business as usual. The ONLY lawful remedy for that problem was the one they refused to take — invoking the 25th Amendment and conferring authority to his Veep.
On the other hand?
With all sorts of eleventh-hour pardons and immunities no longer in play, the DOJ can look at, for example, J6 Obstructions of Justice allegations, or questions of Fauci’s corruption and perjury, or Biden’s relatives. Naturally, they will try to invoke the pardons they have been given as.a defense. And that brings the question of Biden’s autopen before the courts… which is exactly where they want it.
