Not One, But TWO New Revelations Show EXACTLY How Dirty Biden’s DOJ Really Was

First step is exposing the problem. Next step is remedying it.

And with those autopen pardons being proclaimed ‘void’, dirty dealers like Liz Cheney and WH insiders have some serious legal exposure.

Bannon, who himself was targeted by some of these actions had a guest provide a quick breakdown of how this news implicates Biden’s DOJ… and Norm Eisen.

Remember when Dan Bongino, who’s been like a dog on a bone with Democrat political corruption stories since maybe spring of 2017 told us that even he was shocked and dismayed by the degree of corruption he discovered once he started looking under the hood. His July 26th Tweet said, in part:

The Director and I are committed to stamping out public corruption and the political weaponization of both law enforcement and intelligence operations. It is a priority for us. But what I have learned in the course of our properly predicated and necessary investigations into these aforementioned matters, has shocked me down to my core. We cannot run a Republic like this. I’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned.

We are going to conduct these righteous and proper investigations by the book and in accordance with the law. We are going to get the answers WE ALL DESERVE. As with any investigation, I cannot predict where it will land, but I can promise you an honest and dignified effort at truth. Not “my truth,” or “your truth,” but THE TRUTH.

Two sets of newly-declassified information may point to what shook his view of how politically corrupt and weaponized federal law enforcement had become.

PART ONE

Kash ordered the declassification of some 200 documents that Congress had not yet seen, and now that they have seen it, they are updating the public on JUST how egregious their violations of law have been.

Remember how Dems were gloating that, if a case came at the state level, Trump had no power to pardon it? And so Democrats got busy throwing their energy behind scaring up every possible case against Trump they could manage at the state level? And you remember how conservatives kept asking if these cases were genuinely as ‘independent’ as we were led to believe?

Leaving aside a couple of insanely lopsided judges who seemed to personally enjoy sticking it to Orange Man Bad, House Judiciary shared this tweet:

New Arctic Frost documents reveal even further wide ranging investigation by Biden’s DOJ to take down President Trump and his supporters.

HIGHLIGHTS:

-Arctic Frost investigators utilized FBI field offices from across the country to conduct its investigation.

-Arctic Frost investigators requested $16,600 to travel to conduct more than 40 interviews.

-45 individuals including, Steve Bannon, Scott Perry, Rudolph Giuliani, Jeffrey Clark, John Eastman, and Mark Meadows were potentially under investigation.

-Another 111 individuals including Peter Navarro, Dan Scavino, Jeff Rosen, and Ed Martin were also potentially under investigation.

READ ALL THE DOCUMENTS HERE

Long story short? The ‘supposedly’ independent prosecution of Trump and more than 160 of his allies was ACTUALLY directed and coordinated by Biden’s White House. And then it was presented to us as if these were all arm’s length investigations, even though we saw evidence like the #3 from Biden’s DOJ (Matthew Colangelo) quiting his federal job so that he could join the Alvin Bragg case against Trump that used some novel interpretations of the law, including elevating a misdemeanor to the status of a felony.

PART TWO

If all that is wrapped up in the first revelation from yesterday’s documents, what’s the OTHER revelation?

This one involves the J6 Committee, once again made public via a tweet from the House Judiciary.

New documents prove BENNIE THOMPSON and LIZ CHENEY were working hand-in-hand with JACK SMITH.

The partisan J6 Committee provided transcripts, documents, and text messages, all to take down President Trump and his associates.

Two images were attached to the tweet:

Two reasons these emails are of interest.

First, we just saw the report announcing that Joe Biden did not appear to be involved in the decision process for many of his Autopen signatures, rendering anything signed by his autopen ‘null and void’.

Second, earlier this month, we had revelations about warrantless phone record searches on a bunch of GOP Senators and Congressman.

Just because you’re a Democrat (or a Democrat lapdog like Liz Cheney or Cryin’ Adam Kinzinger), does NOT mean you get to invent ‘work-arounds’ to defeat 4th Amendment protections of American Citizens.

After everything these targeted people have been put through, there is every reason to expect they are talking to their legal counsels about a violation of rights suit.

As a quick search turns up:

18 U.S.C. § 242: Deprivation of rights under color of law. This is a federal criminal offense for anyone who, under color of law, willfully deprives a person of their constitutional rights.
18 U.S.C. § 241: Conspiracy against rights. This applies when two or more people conspire to interfere with or punish someone for exercising their constitutional rights.
42 U.S.C. § 1983: This federal statute allows individuals to sue for civil action when their constitutional or federal rights are violated by a person acting “under color of law”.

As for ‘harm caused’? Some of these people lost employment opportunities, had their legal licences revoked, were driven to the brink of bankruptchy, and at least two were incarcerated.

This could get… interesting, to say the least.
