New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie shamed CNBC moderators for a question on fantasy football.
“Fantasy Football! We have ISIS and al Qaeda attacking us and we’re talking about fantasy football?” Christie said.
Moderator John Harwood tried to interrupt Christie’s long answer and the governor responded, “Even in New Jersey what you’re doing is called rude.”
Christie’s outrage was sparked by a question about the rapid growth in the industry with companies like Fanduel and DraftKings that have been under intense scrutiny recently.
