“When you have a sitting Secretary of State who said ‘by choice I am going to use my personal email for all government federal business including classified communication. ‘ That server she’s doing it on should be treated as a federal repository.”
“We have to remember one thing, this is someone who has spent time at the Attorney Generals mansion, then the Governors mansion, then she was the First Lady of the United States, then she became a senator. Every single one of these situations this person is being trained on whats classified, whats confidential, the risk the country faces when when exposing information that shouldn’t be disclosed, or not protecting information that needs to be protected from enemy nation-states seeking and doing a pretty determined job of finding it.”
“If you are going to turn over a server to the FBI that the FBI is requesting, the last thing you want to do is wipe it clean before you give it. The whole purpose of the investigation is to see what was on it. The conduct of wiping it clean in and of itself just doesn’t make sense.
“Most federal prosecutors would be thinking ‘Is there some obstruction of justice?”
