It should come as a surprise to exactly NOBODY that New York has more than its share of… let’s call them ‘colorful characters’.
When the whole city has a reputation for being larger than life, you would expect the weirdness of the city’s more ‘eclectic’ personalities to be proportionally extreme.

That would certainly qualify.

He was a rapper.
And now he’s facing charges.
